RDM Embedded Database Professional Services Data & Application Migration
This service is designed to provide customers the ability to offload a portion of their migration development work to Birdstep Professional Services, as well as receive an automated way to upgrade their current customer sites.
The Data and Application Migration service consists of the following tasks:
- Modification of the customer's application source code (that code that interfaces with Birdstep product) to meet the interface requirements of the new version. Please note that this does not include compilation, building or testing. This is source code modification only.
- Design, development and packaging of a utility capable of automatically (minimal human intervention) migrating the data and schema to the new version.
